A week ago, the ECM technician Mike (776) came to my house to check the airconditioner. He came on time; he was very polite and profressional. He meticulously assessed the conditioned of the unit. He answered all my questions, and made sure that I understood that the condition of the unit required it to be replaced. ECM replaced it the next day, with a very qualified team. The job was done promptly with little inconvenience to the customer, and with good cleaning up prior to them leaving. I highly recommend this technician and the AC installation team who are a big assett to ECM. Thank you ECM!
You can always trust the expertise of the technicians. Just had a new 3 Ton AC installed. Big crane got here and the work began in earnest! The technicians went about their work efficiently. They answered any of my questions. Clean up was excellent. I also have a Service Contract Contract….I can always depend on ECM.
My a/c unit conked out. ECM sent out a repairman right away. Turns out that a repair was not cost effective, so ordered a new unit. Excellent high efficiency Lennox product. It was installed the very next day. Very pleased with ECM.
